Quan Tao: Chariot Warriors

King Wu asked Tai Gong:"What criteria should we use to select elite chariot warriors?" Tai Gong replied:"Choose those who meet these standards: Age & Physique: Under 40 years old, standing at least 7.5 chi (≈172 cm). Speed & Agility: Capable of outrunning galloping horses and leaping onto moving chariots. Combat Mastery: Fight fluidly in all directions—front, rear, left, right, above, and below the chariot. Wield banners while maintaining balance. Draw an eight-dan crossbow to full tension and shoot accurately in every direction. Such men are Chariot Warriors. Reward them lavishly, for they are the spearhead of your army." King Wu said:"Justly so!"
