If you want to shrink something, you must first let it expand. If you want to weaken something, you must first let it grow strong. If you want to tear something down, you must first let it rise. If you want to take something, you must first give it away. This is called subtle wisdom. What is soft and yielding overcomes what is hard and strong. Fish cannot leave the deep water. The instruments of state power must not be casually shown to others.
